In Balkanska street, one of the oldest and most well-known in Belgrade, you can visit our new apartment Balkan. The location is perfect as within a couple of minutes of walking, you can easily make it to Knez Mihailova Street and the Republic Square. Nearby you can see the Hotel Prag, Narodni Front Hospital, Ruski Dom, Zeleni venac bus terminus. You can easily make it to the highway by going down Kraljice Natalije and Kneza Miloša streets.
Apartment Balkan has 45m2. The apartment is dominated by a black state-of-the-art jacuzzi tub, for two persons. One part of the apartment is the sitting area with an L-shaped sofa which can be folded out, if required, and with the double bed, apartment Balkan can accommodate 4 persons. The kitchen is a separate area and fully-equipped, as well as the bathroom. Balkan has a small terrace which may be very useful if needed. Most apartments with a jacuzzi tub are intended for two persons, or are of lesser size, or have some other hidden shortcomings. Unlike all of them, apartment Balkan has everything you need.
The apartment is rich in details, and all the aspects were taken care of. The apartment started its renting service in March 2017 and we believe it will provide an enjoyable experience to all the guests.
If you're arriving by car, you may use our parking spot on request, at 10eur/24h, or park your car in a public garage Zeleni venac. Bear in mind that after 7pm, there are a lot of available parking spots in front of the building.
