I lost the key from the apartment?

Do I have to pay in advance so that my reservation is secure?
An advance of 20% of the total amount is payable only for stays longer than 3 days (in case of cancellation the advance is not refunded). For a shorter stay an advance is not necessary and your reservation is in any case safe. If you still want to pay in advance, our account will be delivered to you on time.
Do I have to get towels and bedding? How often are bedding and towels changed?
All our apartments provide bedding for as many beds as the apartment can accommodate. Linen change is done every seven days if your reservation lasts longer than that. Towels are provided for the entire duration of your stay to the extent you need it.
Remarks and suggestions
If a guest, when entering the apartment, notices some malfunction or irregularity, he should call the agency. The agency will respond to the complaint in the shortest possible time.
It is considered that guests are informed and have accepted these conditions before their booking.
