The bedroom has a balcony, and also an air conditioner and a television set, while the living room also has a television set, a library and a comfortable leather sofa. Optical Internet is available in all rooms and the speed is 300/150 Mbps, which additionally enables a stable online connection and uninterrupted work via a computer or laptop. Within the building you can find a bank, bakery, pharmacy, sweets store and gym. Across the street is the famous Palilula green market, Maxi, coffee bar, Shop & Go mini market. 200m from the apartment is 5th Belgrade Grammar School and Sports center Tašmajdan with numerous sports facilities. We would particularly recommend swimming pools. The park offers fun and enjoyment on its playgrounds and amusement park for children, walking paths, greenery that surrounds rest benches, restaurants and taverns as the guardians of the spirit of old Belgrade. Parking can be reserved in advance in agreement with the owner at several available places in the immediate neighborhood of the apartment and for an additional surcharge.
