Apartment Martini is our new studio apartment in the old part of New Belgrade, in Otona Zupancica street. The neighbourhood provides a number of well-known venues, such as Fontana area, Ranko Zeravica Sports hall, Sports Centre 11 April, Mother and child care institute, Student dorm and the shopping and commercial centres New and Old Mercator. All these locations are easily accessed on foot. With the size of 26m2, Martini is a well-organized studio apartment, fully refurbished with new furniture. The area is dominated by a double bed 160x200, and there's an LCD TV set right across it, in the corner you can find two chairs, and there are also drapery curtains so you can adapt the brightness of the room as you wish. The wardrobe is spacious and sufficient for all of your stuff. The kitchen part is not so spacious, but will do the job perfectly. You can use the fridge and a small in-built stove, and you'll also have at your disposal the sets of glasses, cups and plates. Martini also offers a very nice terrace with a seating set. So, if you're looking for a studio in Fontana area or nearby, you should definitely consider Martini apartment. Parking is free of charge around the building and you'll easily find a spot.
