Five years following the previous spectacular performance in Belgrade, the famous rock group Scorpions decided to expand their already organized and fully-booked tour, after numerous calls from fans. They will now add Belgrade again as the place for another rock spectacle!

This spectacular music performance will take place on June 25 at the Belgrade Stark Arena!

Scorpions are one of the rare, still active rock bands whose concerts are unique and with exceptional sound quality – something that they have always insisted on.

What makes Scorpions by far the most successful rock band in continental Europe is, among other things, more than 100 million records sold, which is a very respectable result that is really difficult to achieve nowadays.

Their songs „Send me an Angel”, „Still loving you” and memorable „Wind of Change” have become the timeless hits that are even today aired on radio stations all around the world. Despite the global success that they have achieved with these three ballads, the Scorpions are primarily the hard-rock band that brings the immense amount of energy on stage. The songs, such as „Rock You Like An Hurricane”, „Blackout”, „Dynamite” are the iconic pieces that made this band famous, making a tremendous influence on so many superb musicians and bands. Worth mentioning is that the song „Rock You Like a Hurricane” was covered by some of the famous bands, such as Smashing Pumpkins, Green Day, Korn, System Of a Down and many others.

This German-based band was founded in 1965 in Hanover by the teenagers – Klaus Meine (vocals), Rudolf Schenker (guitar), Matthias Jabs (guitar), Lothar Heimberg (bass) and Wolfgang Dziony (drums) and in the last 50 years, they have become by far the greatest German rock band ever, with so many fantastic concerts and projects that earned them place in the history of rock music.

They have performed at thousands of concerts all around the globe, however, the 5 memorable consecutive concerts in Leningrad in 1988 will always be remembered as they were the first Western rock band to perform on the other side of the „Iron curtain“. Similarly, their early concerts in China and Southern Asia were also highly regarded as they paved the way for other Western bands.
